It's all about knowing your teammates and their habits, what kind if runs do they make, what position is most effective for them to score etc etc. But also you need good awareness and knowing which channel to pass the ball into. All of this needs practice, practice, practice and ofc real game experience. I can pull off some of these passes, but I'm not nearly as consistent as the GOAT himself
