Very important lesson I just realized I understood: overcoming fears and traumas gave me sense of half-knowledge-half-optimism, that meeting a situation unprepared is not a cause for fear, but I had to observe the body many times to realize, that the fear is just a kinda reaction of the body for unknown (anything i.e. frequency, animal, human, E.T.) - so just treat it with kindness so your fear lowers tempo to the relaxed excitement and keep it like that. No need to finish the feeling of difference. Feel if it is ok. Recently only those I met. So everybody nas internal mechanism of coping with the change as it is the most popular constant value.

Few days ago during meditation I was connecting as a beacon of light with Alcyon (Grandpa Sun) and I was advised to make more room around me, so the others can be lifted up not through me, but side to side. To do that, I was able to imagine my aura size, which made much more diameter size of the channel, than just my light connected from the top of the head/skull (did not touch then) - so something like an optical fiber was created, with core of light and one round wall of light to stabilize powerful energies between celestial bodies to somehow zoom in calm state the ray from above (like long distance aiming). Yesterday or sth like that I was informed about 12 central suns activation in cooperation with all the blessings making sth like celestial carousel of love and knowledge and purpose and joy and love again. So I have sometimes too serious respect for that... Fat celestial bodies, but the grace of the dance is marvellous, and fat is me as I was. So no problem :)
