Its a frequency related issue. In my project it is stable I am using led bulb and cfl. To make it stable connect a capacitor on two point where two yellow wires connected to the transformer Capacitor :- code written on capacitor 104 (100nf) it is non polarized capacitor you will find that on same cpu supply board.

yes, you can but you need to add a 100k resistor to the base to source of both mosfet, else mosfet will blow up.
