i really enjoyed this video and i'm so glad the youtube algorithm pushed your account to me! i would suggest using sandpaper in the future- a *light* sandpaper, not a heavy grit, would have been good to use on the lamp before painting and on the wood before staining and in-between coats. the stickiness that you're feeling is likely because you didn't sand. but everything turned out so cute!
