Wow! How do you do it? This is an absolutely stunning piece of film with a great story line, superb camera shots and utterly fantastic narrative. Thank you so much for a most enjoyable 30 minutes of my time spent watching. I'll watch it all again later! Regards, Eric.
That was an absolute corker, just brilliant. I bet you enjoyed making it as much as I did watching it. Would make a very good film in my books, I have often wondered what the railways would look like now had Beecham not been around. Regards Chris
Thanks Chris, It's been an intense couple of weeks filming it but great fun too. We could certainly use quite a lot of the lines Beeching closed down these days!
What an amazing video. That was brilliant. Some really clever filming and you told the story beautifully. I've been watching your videos for some time now and think they're great. I got so engrossed in this video and story that I didn't want it to end. Have a great new year and look forward to seeing more in 2023. Best regards. Lee
Thanks for watching my vids Lee, and I'm pleased you like this one in particular. It was great fun coming up with the story and filming it. A Happy New Year to you too, and happy modeling in 2023.
This is absolutely superb, a masterpiece from beginning to end. The Poulenc is the perfect accompaniment - one of my favourite pieces of music. Merry Christmas to you too.
Many thanks Will, the Poulenc concerto is a great piece, I was originally only going to use the opening chords for the spooky parts, but the more I listened to the whole thing, the more I ended up thinking; dammit, let's use the whole thing!
If only that was the true ending ! We have just had a most enjoyable half an hour watching that, well done. I liked the way you made the branchline the bypass.
20:12 just loved the transition into the future with the shot of the 125 racing along at full speed….not sure how you managed to create this shot but it really works as the train chases the camera… great video have a great Christmas 🎄🤶
Thanks Mikey, I had a few accidents trying to film with a camera on a waggon at that speed! I might include the shots in a future vid for fun. Have a lovely Christmas too.

So glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching. The branchline did make a convenient bypass!
Dam that Dr Beeching.
I've enjoyed watching your videos over this year and look forward to more of your 1st Class videos in 2023.
Fortunately the FC had the final say! Thanks for your support and so glad you've enjoyed some of my vids.
