Dude, I love your videos and have followed you for a long time now. I use them regularly if I'm feeling anxious or struggling to sleep. Have a big day tomorrow so was using this to help me relax, however there were 4 very loud ads in the middle of it, which had the opposite effect that I was going for. I get you have to make an income but ads at the start would be a lot better rather than peppered throughout. Sorry for the rant, just disappointed I won't be able to use this vid going forward to chill.
