I am having issues running a report at a Niagara Supervisor where the points are not updating so I am not seeing all the points. BQL queries work well for me at the JACE level, but at a supervisor is there a way to force an update of the points before generating a report?

Did you solve this? I came here looking for the same answer.

Great content. Can this procedure be used on the history service to provide monthly interval data?

One question. I have seen this on a site where the data is not necessarily live. For example the points are actually stale and only when a folder is accessed (or I guess a px of the FCU is accessed) does the data in the Px report 'liven up'. Is it the case that a PxReport query does NOT create a poll request in the same way as a Px Call, Folder access or e.g. history log? TIA
Update! - Sorry just looked at the Component Grid reporting - that answers the question!!

Thanks! This and the next video appear to be what I am looking for. I have an 8 storey condominium using Honeywell Bacnet thermostats for fan coils and heat pumps. I would like to generate clickable reports for the operator.
Can you point me to the video that organized the data into the "software" folder structure? My current data is in bacnet point folders under the drivers branch. Thanks for your help.

    Hi,
    Great Videos!
Is there a way to send a repeating daily 'Open Alarrms' report?

Good morning! Great videos! I am looking for a way to print history on a series of points that can be output to a printer directly from the Jace. Possible? At the completion of clocking 30 seconds of history data on a BWRITABLE point, it has to print automatically. Maybe?

Use Series transforms to build reports for multiple point to export.

Can you upload video of how to calculate total energy consumption & its report generation using analytics module ?

Can you use this for finding controller serial numbers on a supervisor? Or is this not possible

      Hi Jake,
The answer would be to discover the point via the Niagara network, look in service.
Or even just put a Niagara String point into the Niagara points folder of said controller and paste in this ord.
      slot:/Services/PlatformServices/SystemService/serialNumber
You can then copy that point and paste it into all the controller and then run the BQL on that point.
