"Some tunes are like a shot of Adrenalin to the arm. Most of us struggle with psychological difficulties from time to time, and for us we've found we need to listen to high energy, explosive tracks to get out of the house or face certain obstacles, so we wanted to contribute a track in this vein.
Having toured again after a period away, we wanted to capture the feeling of our live performances with our talented friend Tom Herbert on Bass. Onstage, the synergy of our collective sound began to produce a new musical language, high energy peaks would erupt. We realised we had to book an emergency recording session to capture some of this new sound so we could include it on our new album, Inner Worlds."
