Recently i came across a channel Dr. Pal , the information which he gives is absolutely superb. Like how u finish dinner very early for ur kids while they go to school before sun set. It has some theory involved in our gut health,which he says in a very comical way. I could sink ur thoughts with Dr. Pal's channel. U made it as life style already. But everything has a reason and science involved behind it . I'm not promoting his channel,but i feel beneficial on watching it. For kids how protein, fibre rich foods v should give them on daily basis to cut down their junk cravings, he has tips. If u have time check his tips tooooo . Hello dear same pinch, actually I hv a steel strainer for straining hot oil, but my in laws r comfortable with plastic ones since it’s easy to clean for them whn I’m not around, coming to bookmarks, my daughter made me tons of bookmarks n i keep losing it, since books r from library I return it along with the bookmark 😁😁….she stopped making it for me n my mother in law uses religiously for her books now…come on sis, wht’s there to be sorry abt this….ur suggestions r always welcome 👍😊pls don’t apologise 🙏😊

I am giving practice of 3 letter words and 4 letter words but I want to make practice with story reading
