We are gonna need a crossover game with fire emblem called Fire Emblem x soul calibur, and unlike the previous versions this one has a story mode where takes place in another dimension outside of all previous main series titles of the Fire Emblem and soul calibur franchises. The story focuses on the two Kingdoms. While a separate universe, several characters from past Fire Emblem and soul calibur titles are pulled to the world to fight.
And they also included some guest characters like pikachu and lilligant from pokemon, agumon and lunamon from digimon, Kirby and Bandana dee from Kirby, H'aanit, Ophelia, Ochette and Temanos from Octopath traveler, Kopo and Cubnub from Native Man and Alisa replaced Yoshimitsu
@@Ben-kd7ug Unfortunately, it does seem like the developer for this game series has dropped the IP due to disappointing sales of the last installment. There were some good crossover cameos by characters from other franchises over the years though: Star Wars characters, Kratos, Ezio Auditore, Geralt of Rivia, 2B from NieR: Automata, and Haohmaru from Samurai Shodown. And then there were a good amount of character creation sets, mostly from Tekken characters, since the games had very indepth character creation options. I think they could have gone a lot further with crossovers too, I agree! Who knows? If they could have landed more deals to include characters from other IPs and went further with the editor, the game could have been a lot more popular. As it stands though we'll have to hope another developer picks up the Soulcalibur IP one day or that another fighting game will expand on the character creation part of the game. Fire Emblem would lend itself really well to merge with Soulcalibur. Zoomorphic characters like Pikachu, on the other hand, are very hard to make in the current unmodded game, although I did give it a try with Rudolph and characters from the Winnie Pooh children's series... 😅
