This brings me back to when I was there in 1985. Looks much nicer now, enjoy your time in the Air Force. You meet some great people and have some great times!

Nothing there like that when I went to school there in 1961 for electronics and microwave relay systems. We had WW2 two story open bay wood frame barracks and wood frame chow halls. Wolf Hall and Alley Hall were two of the training buildings that I remember.

It’s nice to know there’s a community kitchen. I love to cook and bake 😅

Dormitory?? When I was stationed at Keesler, about 100 yrs ago, they were barracks. 2 men to a room with two beds, a table and closets for clothes. I was with 3380th air police sqdn.

Hahaha, seriously. No resembalence to my room in the barracks 68-69’. Was my introduction to the Southern cockroach. No Brasso, no Gloss clear coat floor polish for the desk.

Real nice now, I was there in 1969 when hurricane Camille hit in a two story U shape building with a long hallway and latrine in each wing. How things change over the years.

Rather live in a closet before sharing a room with someone else.
