Hi, my hubby book directly through the hotel. We booked without seeing the room picture 😂 but end up it was good big and comfortable

May I know is it highest floor is 22 floor?
Or hotel and condo at same building?

23 should be highest but not sure is ready now or not, when I went it was newly open, 23 still renovating . I don’t think it’s same building , from external it’s look like condo building but actually it’s not
