Trying to think of the part that Antony Sharp played that embedded his face in my memory, it's probably because he was there in so many...I think it could be 'steptoe and son, where as a vicar visiting on the church scrounch, a what the butler machine, ends up a church 'do', the flickering entertaiment, proves very popular, and stars old man steptoe.
It was indeed Steptoe, I watched that episode just the other week. He asks Harold & Mr Steptoe to contribute to the church magazine an article on the totters, rag 'n' bone men 👍
