Once you landed in Delhi you have to clear immigration and customs,then you need to collect your luggage at arrival built ( Airlines staff will be there for assistance) and baggage will be handed over to airlines staff , and you will be taken to transfer gate to reach domestic airlines check in counter to check in . And you will get boarding card to catch Delhi to Chennai Flight. And liquor, you need to keep your check in luggage in Delhi.
