    The 392 as a daily is a great ride, MDG Collections moved from New York to Texas in his Widebody Daytona Hellcat cruisingvlogging the drive and it did good milage.

      You have no idea. Most people don’t even know it exists. When I tell ppl my trucks got a 5.9 in it they are shocked and immediately ask questions. Give it some time and these will be worth big bucks

    Sweet Dakota!! Even if he didn't pull weight out it will still move.
    I'd imagine the 392's MOGs wouldn't be bad. I thought it was rated the same as the 5.7 and on road trips it turns in over 30.

    That truck is awesome!! Yep my wife's 392 charger gets better gas mileage than my 22 ram truck with the 5.7

      I am really impressed with the 392 MPG if you lay off it a little. Yah this Dakota is awesome. Was checking out some of the videos & thought many of you guys would appreciate the effort into it.

    beautiful truck. I saw an Dakota with a viper engine in it, the owner had the interior and it was badged up as well with viper theme, viper blue with white striped

      I have an 02 I'm putting a lot of time and money Into. Check out the channel. I just started it. Built transmission is going in this weekend. Very excited to have it running top. It's actually my 2nd one. And I'm working on a 3rd right now. 💪

    Had a 1999 RC Dakota R/T, loved the truck, and modded it to what I could afford back then. The only gripe I had was no manual option. Dodge's reply was it was a liability issue. People have since dropped manuals, 5.7's and even Hellcats into them

      I agree man. Thats why when i found my 99 single cab that came factory with a 5.2 and manual trans and 3.92 limted slip rear end. I was soo happy its the unicorn of dakotas. And ill never get rid of it.

    Wow, that truck was nice. …I’m definitely impressed. and with the gas mileage when I had my scat packs and the shaker, they were pretty good on gas ..But the one I have now it seriously maybe gets 8 to 10 miles a gallon😂

    200k on my '99 solar yellow R/T and it still runs great. Paint is tired and rust in the usual places, but hope to restore it in the future. Too many other projects to finish first.

    I've had three Dakotas and I'm currently on a Durango I was wondering how did you get viper seats to mount up to the seat brackets and fit in the truck

    Hey R\T life thanks for the video got one question since you purchase Challenger will you make your vehicle look like the MAD MAX body kit you showed for challenger showed a few years back

      I don't think my Challenger will get any kind of bodykit. Probably wheels/hood/spoiler type of treatment. I love the look of the Challenger as is.

      That is really good. That 4 cylinder mode really comes in clutch when you're trying to squeeze out the best MPG

    The transmission in those trucks SUCKED!!! I replaced 3 when I had mine.

      I never replaced or modified the trans in my 99 and I absolutely beat the sh!t out it for almost a decade.

      If you don't put a shift kit in the 46re transmissions then expect to replace the transmission. Otherwise with the shift kit the are stronger than what comes with the 5.7. there's a twin turbo 318 ram with the 46re that's pushing big power and holding up. Also Mopar motorsports did the conversion into Frostbite.

      123,000 miles on my orig 2000 dakota r/t trans and I also beat it every time I drive it for 23 years now!
