When I was little, whenever I visited my dad, he would scratch my back to help me sleep cause I was always stressed when I wasn't sleeping at home but at my dads.
ASMR has helped a lot w my insomnia and recovery from depression. But I missed the comfort of childhood. Thanks for making videos like this. They always being me back. Smt about your whispers and very relaxed space here, it makes me so happy and comfy.
