This is my favorite song off the album. I was lucky enough to be in the video for Sleep Explosion. And let me tell you. They are the coolest. Hands down pure genuine fellas. Was amazing!
I saw Norma Jean last week and Corey still sounds just as good, if not better, than every other time I've seen them all the way back to 2005. Absolutely insane range and power for someone pushing 50.
So happy Nathan said Norma Jean makes him want to flip tables. Norma Jean just makes me want to throw things haha And I lucked out, I got to see them RIGHT before lockdown here in the states.
Every song they have released has become my next favourite song of the year lol. So angry, so beautiful, so raw, powerful and emotive. This matches 10,000 Watts for me
man im so glad i stumbled across your guys channel some months ago! I rediscover old bands i started listening to back in the day (about 2006ish for norma jean, in high school) and discovering some new (and now favorite) bands. you guys are probably the only reason ive kept up with new releases in this scene this past year. thank you two for all your hard work. 🍻 Dicks Dicks Dicks,
My first exposure to Norma Jean was Birth of the Anti Mother and have been hooked on these dudes since I think that was back in 2009 or 2010 and it’s amazing how these guys not only get heavier each album but also change their sound in amazing ways soo much long live Normal Jeans 😂😁
Been with them since redeemer and I agree…they have just got better and better. This album is an absolute masterpiece. Bull burr, he is a famous person that loves metal. He has been to see meshugga. 🤟🏼🤟🏼
I've been a big fan of Norma Jean since they have been dropping these new singles leading up to the album! The lead vocalist his voice reminds me of Dustin from Thrice and Sam from Architects put together. I love their sound! \m/
This song and Sleep Explosion are really amazing. Never been into this band, but they’re the discovery of the year for me! Not an actor, but when I learned Daniel Ricciardo listened to (some) metal I was surprised. ‘Performed’ a song with Parkway once live too haha.
Norma Jean has been hit or miss for me ever since the early 2000's. Some albums are amazing, some albums just completely miss me. Not because they're bad, but just for some reason they don't "stick" to me. I'd really recommend their album Polar Similar if you like this one, it's also a fantastic album of theirs.
I remember hearing “the end of all things will be televised” thinking that breakdown was the best thing ever Ah my young naive self This song slaps though!
Norma Jean is a band I found through you guys and I love, I really need to get the new album now. Is it possible Nath missed it when Johnny missed the drop again? That little off beat head bang was pretty subtle for Textyboi. 😂 #oopsImisseditagain
There are three bands (two of which disbanded) that I will always hold in high regards.. Norma Jean, The Chariot, and A Plea For Purging. This whole new album from Norma Jean is fantastic, had it on repeat since it released!
This album fuckin slaps! I haven’t listened to any of their stuff before 2016 other than a few songs but Cory is absolutely one of my favorite vocalists in this scene
Listen to all hail album I like it better than this one but this one is still amazing. I just got back into them a few years ago and they have been my go to band lately.
Norma Jean is the MOST consistently good band in the heavy scene, every other band I've listened to has at least one mediocre offering over the years but there is not a single Norma Jean album i won't revisit on occasion.
Great reaction, as always🤘. I would like to request a a reaction to Palaye Royale - Fever Dream (also if I'm not mistaken they themselves asked you to react to it in the comment section of your reaction to their song Broken) Also, Demi Lovato just released a lyric video of her new song 29. Please react to the song. However, I would understand if you'd prefer to wait for a music video instead of a lyric video.

I remember listening to their album Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child back when I was 15….that was in 2002 🤯
Spearmint Revolt is the best song on this new album by a country mile.
oh Fuck yes
This rules. Thanks guys. 😊
Love your work!
The album closer Heartache is an absolute masterpiece.
Yes exactly 👍
Someone HAS to react to this one, completely agree
Corey is the GOAT.... probably my favorite song off the new album.... at least right now. his new side project orpantwin absolutely slaps
Every song they have released has become my next favourite song of the year lol. So angry, so beautiful, so raw, powerful and emotive. This matches 10,000 Watts for me
I seriously get so much Joy watching Johnny react to this song for the first time.
Just saw them at Furnace Fest and my GAWD. Absolutely BONKERS. So good. And Redeemer is after O God btw.

Happy to be of service mate! Dicks. Dicks. Dicks.
Joe from Gojira can do melodic/heavy vocals pretty well, too. He and Cory are both amazeballs.

Seeing them tomorrow with Emery and Aaron Gillespie. So stoked to see Norma Jean!

I still think Redeemer is my favorite NJ album. I love that whole thing.
This riff is so good! Great album, definitely a contender for aoty!
Zao is another band that has got better over time. I’ve been listening for 25 years, and they’re putting newer bands to shame.
Best song on the album in my opinion

I loved A Plea for Purging, but I miss the Chariot so much..still the most chaotic concert I've ever been to.
@@TheHIOJK I miss them both, they always brought energy and there concerts were so much fun!
Ohh Norma Jean, reminds me of my freshmen year, Norma, poison the well, FATA, darkest hour.
What a time for music!

@@artybone6946 look at my comment, mate. Everything BEFORE 2016 I haven’t really listened to. All Hail came out in 2019
@@alexz1lla307 whoops haha nice
Check out Cory’s Vocals on his Hundred Suns side project. Legit.
A rival underrated vocalist is the one for Phinehas. The criminally underrated stuff that pisses me off. People should ve recognized.
Morning guys!
Morning!
Norma Jean's last 2 albuns are insanely good. They've gotten better every album since they were originally called Luti-Kriss.
You guys gotta check out Journey or Hearteater by Revaira, they are crushing with these singles lately and barely anyone knows them.
The riffs…… the riffs. That is all
Yes. The riffs.

Can you all react to a band called "Caskets" and their song "Falling Apart"
Great Video! Next up needs to be Waiting on the Sky to Change feat. Breaking Benjamin please :)
When I first learned Demi Lovato listened to Job For a Cowboy I did a double take.
Please, react to Lobby by Anitta and Missy Elliott. 👍🏼
Please! Please! React to "Spirits" by Nothing More
PLZZZZZZZZ they killing in that one
Coming soon!
🔥🔥🔥Please react to Anitta x Missy Elliott - Lobby🔥🔥🔥
Not detracting from Corey but you can't tell me Andrew neufield hasn't sounded exactly like this since like 07
It is kinda like if you become an actor you have to give up liking things. It still weirds me out every time Demi lavato says she likes Maylene.
