i am so proud of FTW. She is such humble talented person. TT is a extremely difficult sport to play well. Every stroke and movement that you see, it takes them a long time to repeat practicing to drill into muscle memory. Keep going. I am oversea, when I play, people ask me where I from. Told them SGP, they associate FTW. Bravo.

Yes, well presented speech in Mandarin. I felt ashamed being a Chinese only speak English and Bahasa Melayu. I have decided to learn Mandarin, future Language of Commerce.
Disappointing. After so many years in Singapore and as a Singapore citizen, she can’t conduct an interview in English. ST is an English language paper. If she had to conduct her interview in Mandarin, it should have been for Zaobao or Channel 8.

language is just a tool to communicate . knowing all the language in the world doesn't makes you a better person . Nothing to be disappointed about , proud of all the hard work and effort put in her life to achieve her goals . That is what we should be learning , not just more languages.

Unless you are under Ceca scheme, make money here then go back to India buy a huge piece of land or using sg as a stepping stone to migrate to the West land of "opportunities ".
