Boxes like that make all the dry runs worth it. Glad you stopped to catch them on film. I still need to learn how you identify "pocket" coins & why you keep them.
Awesome boxes! I just searched some customer wrapped rolls & found 15 2023-P DDO's! I hadn't found any until tonight & then to find 15 was pretty amazing! Stay safe!
It's nice to see you're finding multiple silvers in your boxes again after the "dry spell," but if one's hunted half boxes long enough "dry spells" will come and go, all we can hope for is they're short. This hunt gave up some really good goodies!

I live in a small town in Maine and I can't find a single bank that will order box's of half dollars. It really sucks cause half dollars are my favorite!!!!😢
Rob on roll 23 of box 2, there was another silver colored edge on the left side of the roll (I used YT zoom to look, and no copper colored half, on the edge that was showing), but you never said anything about it, once you pulled the 40% out. Was it not silver or was it a foreign coin? Also, how does white-out hide the edge copper, you'd think it would easily be seen and scraped off, and do you have a video describing what to.look for on those?
not fond of weighing rolls as lots of coin hunters do these days...it ruins the surprise...i guess i like surprises...i never peaked at my christmas presents as a kid...i guess ive been like this my whole life

My first Kennedy 90% Silver Half-Dollar also was Denver lol. Recently got mine and out of everything, I could find 40% and a Benji, but did not find a 90% Kennedy until later.

It wasn’t silver. Just a dirty coin most likely. The white out is not the tape kind. It’s the chalk pen kind.
A roll of all 2023s weighs upwards of 226.3 but otherwise you have a good chance of finding a 90%.

Instead of just weighing the roll, how about weighing the box?
That'd be easier for penny boxes to tell how much copper would be in it
probably too much margin of error from the box itself-amount of glue, different box constructions, and water content in the cardboard due to humidity
Weigh your food before you eat it? How about the 💩 weigh that too?
Unless it’s an epic box, there are too many factors that make it impossible to tell a few (or a handful) of silver coins
