Thank you Miguel. The plan was to make interviews during the whole race but once crisis hits you you start to fight with yourself and forget about other people around :) And yes, Madeira is a special place, definitely the one to visit more than just once.

Hi Dan. I am so glad you managed to find this video and that you finished the race. I was trying to locate you by using standard social media channels, without luck. But here you are :) It was great to meet you. Love your positive attitude and approach to ultra runs as such. Keep pushing and don't stop ! :) All the best. And who knows, maybe some day I will go to US to run some great races there...But first need to recover :)
