I fail to understand that people find Anuya annoyig but dont find Kannan anoying at all - he just cant keep his mouth shut when others are trying to answer

Don’t listen to the haters KV. Nihal and Anuya are great additions. Please keep them around. I remember in the earlier editions some people accused Shreemayee of cheating. A Bong nerd doing well in quizzing? It was shocking. So take those comments with a huge grain of salt.

This was one of the most closely fought episodes. Each one was pretty knowledgeable. Most questions didn't go to 2nd round.

It definitely seemed like Nihal was cheating while answering doctor who. He looks down to his right pretty often. In semifinals also he cheated for answering Sex and the city. Surprised no one mentioned. Looked to the same spot and pretended to think for a while.
While this is hilarious to watch, I feel bad tor the contestants that missed out on points, possibly winning, due to this pathetic cheater.
Just realised Nihal was definitely cheating and came down to see similar comments. It's so sad to see something like this. Who knows how long he has been doing this and how many outcomes would have got changed. I have been an ardent fan, have watched all the quizzes till date and suddenly you see something like this and feel so duped of all the fun memories I have of older episodes.
Yes and also while answering women in gold, by the second round he didn't even want KV to give a hint as he was so eager to answer. How come he has no idea when it's his direct and by the second turn he has figured it out.

Nihal is clearly googling. If you start your observation from 23:40 onwards, you will see what he’s trying to do. More so, when he gave the answer, he had no other input other than the answer to give, which only confirms he read it on google and answered. Was cheering for him, but not anymore!😁

Lot of people are commenting that Nihal cheats. It sure does look like it too. His hands are mostly invisible to the camera,unlike the other participants who make sure to keep their hands well within the frame. It was the same in earlier eps too. It's sad seeing such cheating as it ruins the fun.

Man, I saw this comment and was going to comment that in no way was Basha a remake of Hum but to be honest you are right, the thread is same. Ironically, Rajinikant is in the original one too.
But again, it is not a like-for-like remake like say, Billa though.

Nihal definitely has help. Clearly not the sharpest tool in the shed and is looking SW (our pov) for answers. I may be wrong so would like to see him quiz live for validation. I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Not being toxic but doesn't seem fair when everyone else is playing by the rules. I remember this was flagged in one of the first Kvizzing editions but clearly KV gives him the benefit of doubt, which he clearly abuses time and again. Disappointed!
This is so obvious. There are times when he has no train of thought and comes up with the answer out of the blue.
He has help in the background, i have been seeing most of the quizzes right from the start, i can sense this, he mirrors the screen and basically someone is helping him. I'm sorry if i'm wrong, This is only my opinion.

Massive fan of KV’s quizzing series so nothing on him at all, and credits to Anuya’s brains. Hope Anuya takes up comments as constructive feedback. It’s not “cool” to keep swearing and being disruptive when someone is reading and thinking about a question. Thankfully, all her moaning can be skipped. We eagerly wait every Sunday morning in the UK for the quizzes to be played at breakfast, and Anuya’s ridiculous conduct ruins this experience for us as viewers. “Hey AI, shut Anuya up for the whole quiz.”

the questions are read out loud and if you cannot read it within that time just pause it, its on youtube, its not the olympics that you have to watch it in real time. Also i understand there should be some etiquettes however it is quizzing with comedians, its for entertainment, people are going to crack silly jokes. So ig just chill out bud, congratulate her on her win and move on.

there were so many questions which were not part of pop culture in their domain too. Maybe not worthy of themed edition but general edition for sure.

Kudos to everyone in the finale. Well deserved. Nonetheless, I just feel the spirit of competition was very poor. Being in a world of constant competition, it pains me to watch people want a fellow contestant to lose, only to win a quiz. I play game nights and the only reason we do that is to enjoy the little time we spend together as friends. I cannot imagine being as petty as two of the contestants in this finale. It is just plain sad.

@@linkinboi911 well, speaking of the question answers, they were quite deducable. Ganga Jamuna is iconic, guru dutt was gettable from Devdas, one word first film, actor not comfortable with camera etc. So it wasn't that hard the answers he gave.
Most writers watch a lot of films and shows, and more than that they discuss lot of films. That's part of their job, so for them knowing movie trivia is like a cricketer knowing Sachin's stats.
Half the meetings or discussions are always about sharing movie or TV show references. So, believe it or not, people do know things.
As to why I am adamant? Well just to remind people that humans with brains and memory still exist.

Dr Who, Shakespeare in Love, Women in gold(In second go surprisingly didn't even want a hint) but couldn't figure out the broken down question of 'The Boys' because it was his direct and was a four part answer. Listen it's your choice you go and defend him, fight his case. But there's more than enough doubt here, I guess the litmus test would be that he doesn't appear on here anymore, so we'll have to wait and see.
