Awesome video ❤️ would love to see your makeup routine. I know it's not for everyone, but I've gotten mine down to literally just mascara and the occasional eyeliner. I've learned to try and be more comfortable with my natural self.
Great tips as always. I am on my vegan journey. My kids and I have been doing pretty good other than when we go out. Not many vegan options, but we also can’t go out very often right now, so it works out. I have your book and I have been reading and rereading it. I am also trying to compost. My mom had a nice turner machine so I usually save it and take it out there. But yes, another video would be great!
I love your content and know you crazy research everything, but I had trouble finding the 100g beef vs black beans protein stats the way you communicated them, do you mind telling me the sources? Would love to quote this to anyone in the future who tries to ask where I get my protein from as a vegan LOL but want to be 100% clear on my source :) thanks so much!
weird question, but when talking the beef vs blackbean, did you mean 112L and 19L? or is it actually 1121L and 191L? As all of the other measurements have the symbol next to them?
Why do some energy companies do not advertise that they have sustainable options? How could making this switch in what type of power your use help reduce your carbon footprint? #Livetree #Fairweb #energyconsumption
if planes go solo would that mean no night flights? the 30 day ban idea: this would only work if you are shopping at a fast fashion store. if you are at a consignment shop or second hand store if you wait 30 days that item that you fell in love with would be gone. suggestions for shoppers that goes to second hand stores and have done the impulse buy. love the videos, I have learned so much ( including that you now have a new book for kids).
I think it's more about the idea for a piece. So, for instance if I wanted overalls then I would say ok, cool, wait 30 days and then if I saw them secondhand and they fit and they'd already been on my list then I could get them. Does that make sense?
@@GoingZeroWaste yes it does thank you. I have another question. I have been living with a family member that doesn't like dryer sheets to be used in the dryer. thats fine, it's their dryer. but now that weather is getting colder and dryer static cling is becoming a problem in my work cloths. I am considering buying dryer balls, but do I get the ones at Walmart that are packaged in plastic? or buy wool yarn from Joann's and try to make my own? or buy them from an eco-friendly store on line. what is a eco conscience girl to do?
Not having children is a big way to reduce carbon emissions. I saw in one video that it can reduce by up to 60 tons per child. Not an option for everyone, but I am following it. I don't have any children.
Really great suggestions! This is such an important topic to be discussing right now too, I really enjoyed the video!
Thanks for the tips Kathryn!
5:42 I see the theater nerd in there like "is this my time to shine yet or wrong video" hahaha wonderful video as always! :)

Love it! If I'm just going out that's mostly me too. But, I definitely do more for being on camera.

i would love to see your makeup routine
Loved this thankyou 💖
30 day buy ban is a great idea. We've challenged a friend to restrain from shopping for 2 months and is finding it TOUGH.

It was researched and fact checked by my publishing house. I worte the book last year and believe the stats were from NRDC!
@@GoingZeroWaste thanks!!
Shoutout Columbus Ohio. We are a good place to live...sometimes. Thanks for your videos. Love your book!
Makeup routine please

obviously the point is still the same though :)

Beans make me sick. Meat doesn't.
You’re so pretty, thanks for making this video 😊

Occasionally I just want to buy. So I go to websites, put stuff in my basket and go away.
Great idea!
Eating more BBQ, so I'm doing my share to eat more vegans! 😃
