The Cleveland Guardians will wrap up the regular season with a 3 game series against the Astros at home. The Guardians sit in the 2 spot in the AL and this is likely where they will stay. They can only move up. However, to do so would mean sweeping the Astros while the Yankees get swept by Pittsburgh.

that 6 week lull has me worried. that was the team at its worst. have we seen them yet at their best? I think the lower seeds in the AL cannot be overlooked. kc and detroit have a lot going for them and would not be surprised if either snuck into the alcs.
