ADY CORONA is one of the directors of ‘MORE MONEY COMPANY’. Her contributions in running the affairs of the company is so immense that she was given several meritorious awards as the unique corporate personality. Indeed, she has been very instrumental in her role in the company for being able to make dividends for the company.
At the end of the year December, 2019 when the company was due to have its Annual General Meeting, LADY CORONA was not given notice of the meeting but the company with other directors, went ahead to take very important decisions at the end of the meeting.
LADY CORONA became furious and decided to sue the company for its failure to give her notice for the meeting. Will
