  • This video is a prediction of what Billboard's Decade-End List for the 2020s may look like by the end 2029. As we have currently gone through a 34% of the decade so far, only the top 34 songs up to the latest chart (May 20, 2023) have been included.
Here's a summary of changes compared to last week (for details of the methodology used to create this list, see the pinned comment):
    - Flowers moves up to no. 26 (+4).
    - & Kill Bill moves up to no. 24 (+3).
    - Meanwhile, Unholy, Anti-Hero and As It Was keep gaining points, but it's not enough for them to change positions among our current ranking.
Things are moving up quite fast below our top 34, and we may see new additions to our list in the coming weeks, so stay tuned :D

This list uses an inverse point system, in which songs gain a fixed amount of points according to their weekly positions on the Hot 100 list; as such, weeks at no. 1 earn the greatest value, meanwhile weeks at no. 100 earn the least. Given said methodology, this list is better understood as the best chart runs throughout the current decade, instead of the most popular songs of the 2020s (credit to users from Pulse Music for decoding the current inverse point system used to create this list).
    * Christmas songs were not considered for the making of this list. Otherwise, "All I Want For Christmas Is You" and "Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree" would be among our current top 34.
