As fore AIESEC, yes you have to go trough recruitment, not that bad they just want to get to knw u a bit more, and no i didnt try to but i sent many ppl and the experiences are quit good !! would recommend it and u dont have to be part of aiesec to travel with em

J'ai passé par le passerelle, une fois j'ai obtenu mon deug à la faculté j'ai intégré l'ENCG et avant j'ai passé un concours écrit dans 6 matières : comptabilité générale,statistique descriptive,management,
environnement économique et juridique, français et l'anglais.
Tu peux intégrer des groupes Facebook de passerelles pour voir des exemples de concours.
Aussi le cas de l'Est, quand j'ai passé le concours,il y a un étudiant qui était à L'Est.
