Bro you are literally like a therapist ,I needed that perspective very much because it has become a common trend where people unwantingly choose the pain due to the sudden wave of reels and shorts that started 3 to 4 months ago.I think watching 1 or 2 may not affect but being in state where you everyday doom yourself with 50 to 100 depressing shorts gradually shifts your mind to a very negative state with hopelesness , Loneliness ,Regret etc.Then enters some indivisuals in your life that share the same story and you end up in a new freind group due to your common interest and then you think that its normal to have that depressing state (not normal at all it decreases your productivity and self esteem).If now you are at this state where you think dealing with pain is some sort of cool thing and every main character do that to level up then you are absolutely wrong because you are being delustional and getting yourself in more trouble that you have to manage . I quit Instagram after a strange incident. I was outside with my cousin, who is pregnant, but no one knows this, and it was just the two of us discussing it. My phone was with me, but we didn't search for anything or use our phones while talking, and my cousin doesn't use Instagram. When I got home and opened Instagram Reels, my entire feed was filled with pregnancy-related content. From that moment, I realized how invasive these apps can be. I quit Instagram and now only use TH-cam, which bases suggestions on my watch history alone. Instagram, on the other hand, is honestly terrifying.

Check your audio permission, it is given unnecessarily for all the time then the app get easy access to the audio & you get suggestions about videos, ads etc . this is not only limited to Instagram but other apps also

I bought a nuclear mode 6months ago. I have to study atleast 5 hours in order to get placement in next 3 months, daily after coming from job ( I work as a tutor and have to teach 5 hours each day to high school students). I stay consistent for a week, can study upto 2-3 hours but reaching the mark of 5-6 hours is difficult. Main obstacle is my sleeping time I can't stay consistent with my waking time. What to do? It fills me with pressure and frustration as the days are passing. Loosing motivation too.
I think, sometimes people want to cry or feel sad intentionally, cause that helps to acknowledge & be in touch with suppressed emotions. We watch sad movies maybe for that reason. But also, Too much of anything can be bad, even if it is recreation of Sadness or even Positivity. What do you think?

I can attest to this video 100% Shwetabh bhai. When I was watching sad and emotional memes last year, I had constant panic attacks, depression at nights due to which I lost so much of my time. I am still a little bit depressed but I don't watch sad memes regularly now maybe like once a month. I also have low t due a condition due to which I sometimes get depression.

I quit Instagram after a strange incident. I was outside with my cousin, who is pregnant, but no one knows this, and it was just the two of us discussing it. My phone was with me, but we didn't search for anything or use our phones while talking, and my cousin doesn't use Instagram. When I got home and opened Instagram Reels, my entire feed was filled with pregnancy-related content. From that moment, I realized how invasive these apps can be. I quit Instagram and now only use TH-cam, which bases suggestions on my watch history alone. Instagram, on the other hand, is honestly terrifying.

Check your audio permission, it is given unnecessarily for all the time then the app get easy access to the audio & you get suggestions about videos, ads etc . this is not only limited to Instagram but other apps also

I bought a nuclear mode 6months ago. I have to study atleast 5 hours in order to get placement in next 3 months, daily after coming from job ( I work as a tutor and have to teach 5 hours each day to high school students). I stay consistent for a week, can study upto 2-3 hours but reaching the mark of 5-6 hours is difficult. Main obstacle is my sleeping time I can't stay consistent with my waking time. What to do? It fills me with pressure and frustration as the days are passing. Loosing motivation too.

Deleted Instagram since March..Mental health has Been better..got more worked done then before..tho procrastination still exists..tho..its all on you at the end of the day..its not just on Instagram its on TH-cam etc too...best is to not care while watching such videos.. on insta etc..worst kind of content such videos,also stopped listening to mainstream sadistic/romantics Hindi songs too ..for same reason too..

Or abhi Advaith, Dwaith, Vishishadvaith philosophies padne ke marg me hoon. Ye toh surfacal cheeze hai unke samne. Isse kahi aage nikal chuka hoon. Koi music sigma type feel karata hai toh koi aise low feel. Per ek or baat hai kuch lambe time tak ye sigma ya kii bhi music iss type ka na sune toh uske baad ye sabhi pagalpan lagta hau matlab change of perception dekh rahe ho? Toh hedonic treadmill aise work karta hai or important bhu hai. Matlab bahut factors hai per kahi had tak thanke to you. Meune research karke itne information gather karke introspection etc karne ke marg me apka ek important role hai, perspective development me mainly. Ab ye sab basics lagta hai isse age nikalne ka mindset hai. Or sachme kitne bhi low feel ho ya high feel ye reels se ek percent bhu farak nahi padta lol. Mujhe cringe lagta hai scroll kar deta hoon
