You need to choose a box that suits your needs. Don't go for the latest trendy box. The absolute, has no place for any items of tackle that are bigger than a pole winder. The foot plate does not lock, and can shift when you leave the seat, and is a fall hazard. I'd recommend a visit to a decent tackle shop, and try out a few boxes before you make your decision, as it's quite an expensive purchase.
Have a look at the Inception Station. Cheaper than the absolute. Foot plate locks. And you can buy additional sections (as with the Absolute) to suit your height.

I had a day with you at Cudmore and I’m always trying to remember when as it was a long time ago, before you had them guns fella, showed me fishing casters on the pole how to hold the pole and catapult, never got as good as you were that day…. Did you advertise in the Angling Times or Anglers Mail back then? Cheers Mark

Super video. Does same method and principles work for fishing too kit and 2 sections? Also I assume you don’t need any groundbait also?
It should work the same, just tailor it to your own venue, if its only 10 inches deep at a topkit then you'll want to fish a bit further.

No reason you can’t adapt it to fishing a rod, even with a pole rig on a rod as you don’t need to cast it. Just lower it in 👍🏻
