Just clean up the black paddy rusk and boil the salted eggs..so easy ..

The salted egg looks black on the outside because uts coated with the burned rice husks but before that the eggs are already soaked in brine before being coated. So to cooked the egg you must wash off the burned husks and expose the white shell. Bazaar ramadan only exists in Malaysia.

I notice one of the sellers said to you (upon knowing tt you understand malay a little) said "saya jual yer" - it means "im selling (this food to you)"
She is performing the "aqad". In retaliation next time whenever somebody says this to you, you can reply "saya beli" means "i am buying"..
