It also depends on the test. Since spiker 2s weight is around 3-4g a rod with test between 2-10g is perfect for that light Weight lure. I also use fluorocarbon line and leader :)
Belaya is active on hand made lures now and its hard to get at a low level and no prem sad life😢

You can still get them. Try around rocks. Try your luck in the early morning and in the evening.
