But remember that rougerie is a game runner, he directs the back's game. Also he is a captain capable of disciplin and has a formidable cool over his players. Whilst Nonu is prone to red cards. I am not saying he is better, but he certainly is not AVERAGE.

@matmatg21 nonu's discipline is now pretty immaculate. And Rougerie is a good player, but an average centre, on the basis that france could put so many more specialist centres there: Yann David, Mermoz, Traille, even Jauzion is still very good. Also, in terms of world rugby, he is average: Jaque Fourie, Nonu, Conrad Smith, Jamie Roberts (and John Davies), the list goes on. He would be so much more effective on the wing IMO
