I think you need to talk more about Toga than just her transformation. She can spam knives at you from a good distance and her rush is about as annoying as Uraraka's spin with how it never ends. If her base kit wasn't as solid as it is her transforming wouldn't be enough to justify such a high ranking. Also I feel like Endeavor should be at least B. Sure he needs help and his mobility is very limited, but he still has some and he's a real threat late game. Ranking him below Dabi is wild.

Dabi - i think most of the things are ok.. Because when people played him in the beta, he felt pretty powerful. Now i don't know if it is because people were still learning the game or something else. I love playing him, he seems pretty balanced. Of course he lacks mobility, but a good team balance can fix that in my opinion. The only thing i think that has to change is his special action. I don't know, to me it feels like one of the most useless special actions of the game. People don't approach a downed dabi anymore. And if they hit you, you automatically can't use your special action. Mr. Compress - in my opinion his triangle should be able to pick up downed allies otherwise he doesn't seem like a support character As for aizawa, i think he can be one of the most useful characters if there is competitive gameplay(tournaments) in this game in the future. If you combine his special action with good communication, i think it can be hella deadly. But these are just my opinions.

I think Toga's special is a bit worse then Dabi's but I agree, he should at the very least be able to use it at any other moment, like the down thing is cool and makes for great moments, but it's also too situational, I would keep it but give him a variation for when he's up

A shame this game favours range over anything else, I hope we get characters that can maybe heal or shield allies. Maybe even shorten coooldowns? Like what cards do, but more elaborate as characters. I'm hoping we get stuff like choosing a character's special action. Like for solos what can froppy or deku do? Anyway high hopes for this awesome game. (Add more villains PLEASE)

If you find a way to counter that goddamn car, let me know. A good Uraraka will jump around weightless, close the gap in an instant while spinning, jumping out before you can retaliate and repeat. Fighting one at the end of a match is nothing short of insanity.
I always win ranked as endeavour, I feel like he’s an A he has pretty good mobility Best to use his Y skill for down players who team is trying to revive and to hit the whole team His A skill is good when flying away, and is good at finishing op in the storm
As an ibara player myself, ik you rate highly on mobility so i get it. But in a 1v1she can easily win a fight as long as she is fighting a more grounded and less todoroki like character getting in close and knocking them down to then using the beta to catch the moment thier if frames go is amazing. And her armour can stop characters like base toga and Iida from stomping her with their mobilty with a good timed beta or gamma. And hitting an alpha on an escaping or run and hit Iida is great. The buff to the beta range really makes a difference when they start recovering.
That's fair but it doesn't make up for a lack of mobility. Also all of Ibara's moves cause her to stop moving which makes her easier to get focused even with the armor. As an Ibara player myself I can see the issues

Not sure where else to say this, but I think Toga can talk in other team chats when morphed into one of the teamates. When I thought one of my teamates said something, they had #1 at the end of their name, and a Toga was currently morphed into them.
A good kendo beats a Kirishima and has one of if not the best melee tracking i also noticed that you got your shield to lvl 9 first the shield should be the last thing to upgrade
A good Kirishima beats Kendo too lol. I've seen him have no issues taking Kendo down, and as soon as her shield goes up that's an easy air Gamma from Kirishima
@reborn6268 well you're not really wrong there, funny enough they actually kinda have to fight each other similarly. If Kendo has her shield up, Kirishima can air gamma as you mentioned, but if it's on cooldown and he isn't hardened he could try to bait out an alpha from her and punish with a beta. And likewise Kendo would try to bait our Kirishima's moves to get a melee combo or clap going. And if he's hardened she can parry his moves and keep her distance to draw time out
I see endeavors gameplay as using his increased jump height and his ability to move around the battlefield and dodging and weaving and hitting out the same time
Yesterday I tried out an Ibara + Kendo teaming in trios and it literally kept all the team alive all the time. It felt like we were Gods on earth. This is because, despite them having not that much movility, they fix each other's flaws. Kendo by herself is not that consistent but her Shield is exactly what Ibara NEEDS. You can't just attack that easily the Ibara and Ibara with a good timing can kill in very low time. Besides, if someone falls, u just need to be in a medium range to revive it instantly, which means that u not only have a character that is being scorted perfectly but also a character that since is being scorted perfectly, it helps the third character to stay as alive as them and deal damage. I actually liked the team combination Ibara-Kendo-Todoroki bc Todoroki CAN go alone and be completely okay. He's the support wheel for the fucking car of death that is the Kendo-Ibara combo. Just to be clear, I'm a new player (3 weeks more or less) and I like to play non-ranked matches. The combo WORKS in non-ranked, but I dunno how is the level in ranked to assure that the combo is still as destructive as I felt it yesterday. I have to keep playing with Ibara to figure out some things, and also need my Kendo's Main to keep playing the strategy and see how consistent it turns out to be in the end (in non-ranked, of course).
I mean, babysitting Ibara is the easiest way to make her work at her max (which is insane), but she can go alone and be fine bc she has low and medium-long range options. She might not have the best "stand-alone" scheme, but she's playable. And even better, her role is supposed to be close to the team so it shouldn't be a problem to make her go in rampage. I have been Top K.O. with her.
Kendo is not trash at all, just because some heroes are at C tier, doesn't mean they are bad, it's just how meta works, and since Meta is all about mobility. That is why Kendo needs a buff.
Interesting list, Endeavor took a hit in that recent patch I will admit but I don't think he's bottom just not as strong. I hope they realize his jets needed a buff and his dmg needed a nerf [his lvl9 beta is still insane]. Only real off placement is Mt Lady is Top3 [she can lock down almost every character in the game, she has a cheese combo Alpha [2 shot] > standing Stomp [1 stomp] > Alpha [2shot] which locks u then you get tech chased every time]. Kendo is A tier [she can effectively 1v1 every character in the game and has very strong team utility in the right hands]{imo she needs rework cuz she has bugs, plus playstyle issues which causes a dynamic where people either think she bad or strong.}

Bro don’t sleep on the momo’s alpha, in a 1v1 it’s almost hard to lose; they can dip if they’re playing a mobility character but staying up close with the shield, cannoning them when they’re down to force dodge during they’re s on get up and then following up with hammer u can balance cool-downs with ur shield and alpha.
I felt this way since the last tier list, but I struggle to view the tier list this way as it feels less like there's a C tier and more like the A tiers are A+ and the B tiers are regular A's leaving C tier as B tier. Perhaps a more accurate way to show this is that the current S tiers would become a sort of S+ and that all other tiers would move up one letter. I don't know, I might be overthinking it.
They should change kendos special action to her growing her hand slaping the floor deeling 60-100 damage and she should launch in to the air you can also hold a direction to go there BOOM kendos a good Character
People overestimate Ochaco so much because shes annoying. She seems super strong, but just doing a damage numbers check vs any m1 ranged character and someone who hits shots outdamages her all the time. This isn't even mentioning that people dont exploit the fact that Ochako's best damage comes from landing on top of you, so perhaps consider dropping any delayed/aoe move at your feet when she tries to spin-2-win and get even more damage. Also spin 2 win leaves her super vulnerable to all ranged attacks from teammates. Also Endeavor doesn't need to be super survivable to be high tier. His mobility does plenty to give him enough time to excercise his massive damage before going down (usually having already taken an opponent with him and potentially dealing more damage to other enemy team members)
disagree For me : S tier - Shoto / bakugou /all might / Kirishima / ochako A Tier - Toga / Cementos / asui / Kaminari / endeavor / Ida / Deku / Yaoyorozu B tier - Aizawa / Dabi / mt lady / Shigaraki / Ibara C tier - Kendo / Mr compress Shoto this Op no need to comment anything about him. Bakugou has a lot of mobility and great damage even with the nerf. All Might has a lot of mobility just like Bakugou doesn't have much damage but he can cover himself and his damage is constant. Kirishima is resistant and after the damage buff he received from 3 hits he sends you to the ground. Ochako great mobility, decent damage in the area. Toga is in A because she needs "hands" and to know how to play with almost all the other characters because of the difficulty she is in A. Cementos in good hands is a construction, protection and rescue machine, a great character, very annoying to fight. Asui mobility and rescue Kaminari after the buff and having 2 charges in his 2nd skill became a solid damage option. Endeavor does a lot of damage with just basic attacks, the problem here is that few know how to use it correctly and when to use its 4 variations that it has in the movement skill, great damage that is difficult to master. Tenya Ida Extreme speed and movement. Deku is deku from long range rescue and mobility to close combat with the new full bullet kit. Yaoyorozu with the shield charge and the blows from it are very annoying to fight on flat ground. Aizawa is not bad but he depends a lot on having "hands" to aim her skills well, make combos and not miss, missing just 1 click can mean that you will be defeated. She gives good damage and protection, the only bad thing is that she has no mobility and is vulnerable to characters with jumps. Mt lady absorbs a good amount of damage and does her job decently. She doesn't stand out in anything but she has everything. Shigaraki does tremendous damage, breaks buildings, can grab you and do great damage in an area, and at the end of the game he lacks mobility which makes him vulnerable. Ibara has a lot of life, she revives allies, she has grip, her basic attack has good range and is a great hit box. The bad thing is that she has no mobility, it takes a while to run and climb. Kendo, great melee combatant, great defense and good at protecting allies with her shield, a great duo with ibara or characters that don't have jumps, but the lack of mobility makes her waste time climbing or chasing enemies. Mr Compress is not bad, he does a lot of damage after the buff but his range is limited, his shield is great, he returns attacks and his escape with smoke gives him escape. It doesn't stand out much but it is a great support, it works better for experienced players who know how to manage their skills correctly.
It would be SOOO GOOD for endeavor if he has a dash and only shot prominence burn if the dash hits, also more counts on the skill for him to move around.
Dodges feel kinda random with how the lag works for me lol Also mt lady has a pretty good combo with her flying kick to get in, stomp just twice to not trigger the knock back, then you go for ranged shots. Once I figured this out I was liking her way more. I can see her weaknesses, but when you have lv 9 ranged attacks and go giant on two or more teams fighting, she can be crazy lol

I would swap bakugo and kirishima. Bakugo nerfs absolutely had an impact as it feels like he cant constantly play keep away anymore as his mobility takes forever to recharge. His a is decent but its not as spammable as deku, todoroki, or basically any standard ranged a skills. I may be wrong but im pretty sure a level 1 bakugo cant ko a downed enemy with a full clip of his A. I think deku is better as his mobility is on par with or with level 9 y better than bakugos, deku had better range, more charges on his a, a admittedly not super good snipe shot but its better than the unique ability bakugos a has which is to shoot through walls which tbh is rarely helpful, deku also has a better get off me tool with his beta which while its damage is worse than bakugo y its significantly more consistent, and on top of all of this deku has team support with his res. Imo bakugo has a few very small advantages such as a faster moving a which makes hitting slightly easier, and his bombs which while helpful i dont think make up for the other advantages deku has, especially if we consider that deku is more than proficient with 9-1-1. Bakugo can preform well at 9-1-1 i often find he needs his bombs to have levels too making deku more level efficient. Deku is also not completing for todorokis red cards. Kirishima is card relient as he barely does more damage with his beta at level 1 then your average allmight or todoroki level 1 a however with level 9 beta no character in the game will win a 1v1 in close quarters against him except for kendo who is also better then she ever has been due to her ability to shut down several top threats with her shield and clap

Iida is A tier in terms of mechanics, absolutely S tier in terms of annoyances Tsu S tier is a bit crazy. She’s strong yes, but she’s too reliant on a team. If I get a below average team, they die far from me and I got not opportunity to res them, I have very little chance to win the game. I’ve tried. I’ve made it multiple times to finals with only 1 person as my opponent, but tsu just gets dmg gapped by almost every matchup. And with the small circle, you got no where to run to do some guerrilla shenanigans unless you got lucky enough to get finals in typhoon or fire zone. She’s only mid to top A-tier for me
Beta is your friend, aerial > grounded Beta combo is still a high damage true string you can pull off to anyone. She's floatier in default to other grappler characters like Ochako without float, Aizawa, and Deku, which means she stays in the air longer than them, allowing easy escapes.
Can we all agree that kirishima is balanced and unbalanced at the same time ? Removing all those armour on his moves will be a good start, maybe leave armour for only beta, he was okay when he first dropped with two betas, he was simply one of those characters that legitimately needed more health, and more damage and longer lasting special action
I wouldn't say Kendo is cracked or anything, but calling her the worst character in the game is kinda crazy. Personally out of everyone, I'd say that spot goes to Compress and Dabi is probably right next to him.
I don't know about the lida comment, Maybe Im biased bc my teammate always plays as lida and carries every round but like lida is extremely annoying to fight and is very good at retreating from battles if low (For the record I mainly use deku & todoroki) I say he's annoying bc he flies everywhere and I end up losing track of him
Deku is definitely s tier, not only is he arguably the most versatile character in the game, but his range is ridiculously and if you can hit your crouch shot it’s raps

Ida is arguably the best, I have seen people play Ida so good, they are nearly impossible to catch. A half decent Ida player can beat a good bakugo or todoroki player. Also Aizawa is easily S tier.

Man. As a Kendo Main, it feels bad man lmao. And I Agree, she needs *something*. Like... anything lmao. Her shotgun rock throw is weak, her shield is okay. Personally I think her clap should get a nerf to damage, but blocking with her shield should power it up over its current damage. So over all equal out imo. But then again, I am not part of the balance team, nor am I smart in any regard. I just want that lmao.
Kendo is honestly A tier she’s the best melee and defence character in the game and she can stun characters when they use their melee quirks if they hit your shield and her clap does mad damage and her alpha is meh I would have preferred it to be a 6 hit combo instead or something you should never play kendo for range only defence and melee.
Kendo is actually really good if you know how to time her abilities. First, you shield and have your enemies come close to you, then hand smash them and shield again immediately because the enemy will try to attack you again. My only issue with Kendo is that she has no mobility moves, so I have to get dash cards to compensate with that. And Kendo'a special action ability is horrible because it's practically useless. All she does is lift up her allies, which is cool in theory, but it limits her mobility, and she can't dash while holding someone. To make it more useful, they should have it so Kendo can pick up knocked out teammates instead sorta like Deku and Iida can.
going off solos id say aizawa is the best character his alpha + beta is great for chasing and getting away really good at trapping opponets not to mention kirishimas struggle against him also shigeraki cant hit you unless the aizawa sucks

Mobility is better. Todoroki has an instant death set-up. Toga just doesn’t have the same mobility as those top 2.

I think Toga's special is a bit worse then Dabi's but I agree, he should at the very least be able to use it at any other moment, like the down thing is cool and makes for great moments, but it's also too situational, I would keep it but give him a variation for when he's up

Uraraka being S tier is crazy and ibara being C tier is also crazy, uraraka is a one trick pony so easy to counter and ibara is amazing support,
If you find a way to counter that goddamn car, let me know. A good Uraraka will jump around weightless, close the gap in an instant while spinning, jumping out before you can retaliate and repeat. Fighting one at the end of a match is nothing short of insanity.

I always win ranked as endeavour, I feel like he’s an A he has pretty good mobility
Best to use his Y skill for down players who team is trying to revive and to hit the whole team
His A skill is good when flying away, and is good at finishing op in the storm
As an ibara player myself, ik you rate highly on mobility so i get it. But in a 1v1she can easily win a fight as long as she is fighting a more grounded and less todoroki like character getting in close and knocking them down to then using the beta to catch the moment thier if frames go is amazing. And her armour can stop characters like base toga and Iida from stomping her with their mobilty with a good timed beta or gamma. And hitting an alpha on an escaping or run and hit Iida is great. The buff to the beta range really makes a difference when they start recovering.
Ibara gets cleaned up by most lol stop
That's fair but it doesn't make up for a lack of mobility.
Also all of Ibara's moves cause her to stop moving which makes her easier to get focused even with the armor. As an Ibara player myself I can see the issues

Not sure where else to say this, but I think Toga can talk in other team chats when morphed into one of the teamates. When I thought one of my teamates said something, they had #1 at the end of their name, and a Toga was currently morphed into them.
A good kendo beats a Kirishima and has one of if not the best melee tracking i also noticed that you got your shield to lvl 9 first the shield should be the last thing to upgrade

@reborn6268 well you're not really wrong there, funny enough they actually kinda have to fight each other similarly. If Kendo has her shield up, Kirishima can air gamma as you mentioned, but if it's on cooldown and he isn't hardened he could try to bait out an alpha from her and punish with a beta. And likewise Kendo would try to bait our Kirishima's moves to get a melee combo or clap going. And if he's hardened she can parry his moves and keep her distance to draw time out
I see endeavors gameplay as using his increased jump height and his ability to move around the battlefield and dodging and weaving and hitting out the same time
Yesterday I tried out an Ibara + Kendo teaming in trios and it literally kept all the team alive all the time. It felt like we were Gods on earth. This is because, despite them having not that much movility, they fix each other's flaws.
Kendo by herself is not that consistent but her Shield is exactly what Ibara NEEDS. You can't just attack that easily the Ibara and Ibara with a good timing can kill in very low time. Besides, if someone falls, u just need to be in a medium range to revive it instantly, which means that u not only have a character that is being scorted perfectly but also a character that since is being scorted perfectly, it helps the third character to stay as alive as them and deal damage.
I actually liked the team combination Ibara-Kendo-Todoroki bc Todoroki CAN go alone and be completely okay. He's the support wheel for the fucking car of death that is the Kendo-Ibara combo.
Just to be clear, I'm a new player (3 weeks more or less) and I like to play non-ranked matches. The combo WORKS in non-ranked, but I dunno how is the level in ranked to assure that the combo is still as destructive as I felt it yesterday.
I have to keep playing with Ibara to figure out some things, and also need my Kendo's Main to keep playing the strategy and see how consistent it turns out to be in the end (in non-ranked, of course).
Bro said mobility is king and sticks true to his words, the bottom tiers are just characters that are deemed less mobile.

Only real off placement is Mt Lady is Top3 [she can lock down almost every character in the game, she has a cheese combo Alpha [2 shot] > standing Stomp [1 stomp] > Alpha [2shot] which locks u then you get tech chased every time].

Bro don’t sleep on the momo’s alpha, in a 1v1 it’s almost hard to lose; they can dip if they’re playing a mobility character but staying up close with the shield, cannoning them when they’re down to force dodge during they’re s on get up and then following up with hammer u can balance cool-downs with ur shield and alpha.

I felt this way since the last tier list, but I struggle to view the tier list this way as it feels less like there's a C tier and more like the A tiers are A+ and the B tiers are regular A's leaving C tier as B tier. Perhaps a more accurate way to show this is that the current S tiers would become a sort of S+ and that all other tiers would move up one letter. I don't know, I might be overthinking it.

People overestimate Ochaco so much because shes annoying. She seems super strong, but just doing a damage numbers check vs any m1 ranged character and someone who hits shots outdamages her all the time.
This isn't even mentioning that people dont exploit the fact that Ochako's best damage comes from landing on top of you, so perhaps consider dropping any delayed/aoe move at your feet when she tries to spin-2-win and get even more damage. Also spin 2 win leaves her super vulnerable to all ranged attacks from teammates.
Also Endeavor doesn't need to be super survivable to be high tier. His mobility does plenty to give him enough time to excercise his massive damage before going down (usually having already taken an opponent with him and potentially dealing more damage to other enemy team members)

Bakugou has a lot of mobility and great damage even with the nerf.
All Might has a lot of mobility just like Bakugou doesn't have much damage but he can cover himself and his damage is constant.
Kirishima is resistant and after the damage buff he received from 3 hits he sends you to the ground.
Ochako great mobility, decent damage in the area.
Toga is in A because she needs "hands" and to know how to play with almost all the other characters because of the difficulty she is in A.
Cementos in good hands is a construction, protection and rescue machine, a great character, very annoying to fight.
Asui mobility and rescue
Kaminari after the buff and having 2 charges in his 2nd skill became a solid damage option.
Endeavor does a lot of damage with just basic attacks, the problem here is that few know how to use it correctly and when to use its 4 variations that it has in the movement skill, great damage that is difficult to master.
Tenya Ida Extreme speed and movement.
Deku is deku from long range rescue and mobility to close combat with the new full bullet kit.
Yaoyorozu with the shield charge and the blows from it are very annoying to fight on flat ground.
Aizawa is not bad but he depends a lot on having "hands" to aim her skills well, make combos and not miss, missing just 1 click can mean that you will be defeated.
She gives good damage and protection, the only bad thing is that she has no mobility and is vulnerable to characters with jumps.
Mt lady absorbs a good amount of damage and does her job decently. She doesn't stand out in anything but she has everything.
Shigaraki does tremendous damage, breaks buildings, can grab you and do great damage in an area, and at the end of the game he lacks mobility which makes him vulnerable.
Ibara has a lot of life, she revives allies, she has grip, her basic attack has good range and is a great hit box. The bad thing is that she has no mobility, it takes a while to run and climb.
Kendo, great melee combatant, great defense and good at protecting allies with her shield, a great duo with ibara or characters that don't have jumps, but the lack of mobility makes her waste time climbing or chasing enemies.
Mr Compress is not bad, he does a lot of damage after the buff but his range is limited, his shield is great, he returns attacks and his escape with smoke gives him escape. It doesn't stand out much but it is a great support, it works better for experienced players who know how to manage their skills correctly.

I would swap bakugo and kirishima. Bakugo nerfs absolutely had an impact as it feels like he cant constantly play keep away anymore as his mobility takes forever to recharge. His a is decent but its not as spammable as deku, todoroki, or basically any standard ranged a skills. I may be wrong but im pretty sure a level 1 bakugo cant ko a downed enemy with a full clip of his A. I think deku is better as his mobility is on par with or with level 9 y better than bakugos, deku had better range, more charges on his a, a admittedly not super good snipe shot but its better than the unique ability bakugos a has which is to shoot through walls which tbh is rarely helpful, deku also has a better get off me tool with his beta which while its damage is worse than bakugo y its significantly more consistent, and on top of all of this deku has team support with his res. Imo bakugo has a few very small advantages such as a faster moving a which makes hitting slightly easier, and his bombs which while helpful i dont think make up for the other advantages deku has, especially if we consider that deku is more than proficient with 9-1-1. Bakugo can preform well at 9-1-1 i often find he needs his bombs to have levels too making deku more level efficient. Deku is also not completing for todorokis red cards. Kirishima is card relient as he barely does more damage with his beta at level 1 then your average allmight or todoroki level 1 a however with level 9 beta no character in the game will win a 1v1 in close quarters against him except for kendo who is also better then she ever has been due to her ability to shut down several top threats with her shield and clap

Iida is A tier in terms of mechanics, absolutely S tier in terms of annoyances
Tsu S tier is a bit crazy. She’s strong yes, but she’s too reliant on a team. If I get a below average team, they die far from me and I got not opportunity to res them, I have very little chance to win the game. I’ve tried. I’ve made it multiple times to finals with only 1 person as my opponent, but tsu just gets dmg gapped by almost every matchup. And with the small circle, you got no where to run to do some guerrilla shenanigans unless you got lucky enough to get finals in typhoon or fire zone.
She’s only mid to top A-tier for me
Beta is your friend, aerial > grounded Beta combo is still a high damage true string you can pull off to anyone. She's floatier in default to other grappler characters like Ochako without float, Aizawa, and Deku, which means she stays in the air longer than them, allowing easy escapes.

Can we all agree that kirishima is balanced and unbalanced at the same time ? Removing all those armour on his moves will be a good start, maybe leave armour for only beta, he was okay when he first dropped with two betas, he was simply one of those characters that legitimately needed more health, and more damage and longer lasting special action

Ida is arguably the best, I have seen people play Ida so good, they are nearly impossible to catch. A half decent Ida player can beat a good bakugo or todoroki player.

Kendo is actually really good if you know how to time her abilities. First, you shield and have your enemies come close to you, then hand smash them and shield again immediately because the enemy will try to attack you again.
My only issue with Kendo is that she has no mobility moves, so I have to get dash cards to compensate with that. And Kendo'a special action ability is horrible because it's practically useless. All she does is lift up her allies, which is cool in theory, but it limits her mobility, and she can't dash while holding someone. To make it more useful, they should have it so Kendo can pick up knocked out teammates instead sorta like Deku and Iida can.

Somehow you managed to outdo yourself with the last tier list and somehow made it worse. This list is giving- "I played My hero for 5 games recently and now I know everything." can't wait to see you not pay attention to the bigger picture in the next tier list you make! :D
