When someone feels like there's nothing special about their life, the easiest way to get out of it is to do something for other people. People think that if you go to Harvard Law School and get a big job with a lot of money, you'll be happy. A lot of those people feel miserable because of things like fierce competition due to globalization, infighting, never really being away from work due to technology, and not feeling like they're actually doing something meaningful. If you want to feel better, then you should try doing something that helps people, or join something that brings people together, like a church, or a team of some kind that really gets people together. Even if you're not religious, joining a church, temple, or mosque brings you to people who are trying to be closer to God and live virtuous lives. Just beware of a cult, because they are the wolf in sheep's clothing that doesn't care about spiritual health and instead just wants power. If you never heard of a group before, try googling it just to be sure. I recommend this because people neglect spiritual health at this day and age and if you think that you're making things worse for people and/or don't feel like you're doing anything with your life, then even if you are intellectually challenged and make a lot of money, you will still be sad. Anything that puts you among people who are trying to be the best they can be and want to make the world a better place will really help.
