I have visited IIIT Pune campus(Sinhagad Inst) They are operating till this year from trinity college (Temp Campus) Now they have a tender with Sinhagad Institute for their temporary campus for next 3 yrs and permanent campus will take around 3-4 more years

Hii bhaiya, hope you are doing well my name is krishna Sharma. I just passed 12th with 82% with PCM. I have been preparing for the IPMAT for IIM Indore for the last 8 months. I cleared the IIM Indore paper but failed in the interview. I scored 64 percentile in Jee which is very low. Now I am not getting any average college even. I don't want to take a drop and prepare for jee, but I want to do engineering. I have some options like LPU because it is offering me a good scholarship, but this college has mixed reviews, so I am confused about it. My parent's financial conditions are not that good, we can't afford other big private colleges. After scholarship, its fees are around 12-13 lakh which is a big amount too. Is it right to invest this amount and 4 years in this college? Will it be worth it? At this point, I feel like I failed so badly in my life, even after getting a call from IIM I am in this situation. I am so depressed too, It feels like I don't even have the guts left to fight any other exam in the future. It's my mother who says " isme nahi hua toh shayad kuch aur accha likha hoga tere liye". Bahut scope h Private or government dono Agar koi thode bhi ache college mein mil rhi h go for it But isme cse se zyada hard work h But if you are determined,trust me you can do wonders!
NSUT Mech. (For college, preference over branch) No idea about new IIITs. In new IIITs, choose CSE (the best branch), because CSE skills are in much demand. In fact if you are getting CS with specialisation in AI, I would suggest you to go for it in IIITs. Don't go for those with lower avg. packages (check online) and lower %age placements. If you go for ECE in older ones, its okay because they have an alumni network. Right now CSE demand is so much, that companies are hiring for Tier-III colleges as well. VIT, I wouldn't recommend. VIT is good, but go for a Govt. college degree. Don't go for ECE in new IIITs.

No idea about new IIITs.
In new IIITs, choose CSE (the best branch), because CSE skills are in much demand. In fact if you are getting CS with specialisation in AI, I would suggest you to go for it in IIITs.
Don't go for those with lower avg. packages (check online) and lower %age placements.
If you go for ECE in older ones, its okay because they have an alumni network. Right now CSE demand is so much, that companies are hiring for Tier-III colleges as well.
VIT, I wouldn't recommend. VIT is good, but go for a Govt. college degree.
Don't go for ECE in new IIITs.

but i also came to know that the placements of iiit lucknow are due to iiit alahabad so isn't it a risk to take admission there....
