As someone who plays genshin on the phone, I can say this is great because it can be carried everywhere, but the downside is that it drains the battery a lot.

Crazier part, the 12r is the cheaper version of oneplus's flagship model the Oneplus 12 and its still this good. So yea definitely a banger phone
It's the worst performing phone in its price range it doesn't run all games at 120 fps and the whole video it was grainy and lagging....I've similarly priced phone and i play at highest settings and it runs with the fps meter plus recording and it's literally always stays at 120

When I first started playing Genshin last year on my old phone which was a iPhone XR it overheat,lag, and kill my battery way too fast. Now that I have an iPhone 14 I have none of those problems anymore. I think the problem is Genshin impact takes up a lot of space/storage so u need a device that has a lot of GB so it can run Genshin and yr other apps smoothly without overheating or dying too quickly
No matter how good the phone, if you don't have the storage space there's no way you're playing Genshin Impact 😭😭😭

I’ve only ever played on Mobile as it’s my only option, I actually started on my IPhone 7. Which was clunky. But I actually upgraded to IPhone 13 and haven’t had problems in the year since. I’d probably struggle on PC. Since Apple has controller support I do have some experience on a controller.

One time, my phone actually got a notification of it shutting down due to overheating, and I was so surprised because it had never happened before, even when I played genshin for 9 hours straight 😭 (I shouldn't have been surprised tho, after all, I was using genshin and TH-cam in split screen and insta on pop up view altogether 😭😭)

I used to play Genshin on my LG Velvet and it hardly ever lagged but my storage ran out when Sumeru came out and i also got a PC around that time(the desert patch was what killed my storage) but my LG Velvet would get VERY hot if i played too long continuously (1+ hours would make my phone hot, so i would close it for like 20 minutes to cool it down🤣)
1:17 oh? I think charging the phone while playing may increase the heat and probably break it. You should do that. My phone usually got lag and restart by itself whenever i try to play genshin while charging😂

As someone who used to play genshin on computer and phone, phone is better as you can play anywhere but it drains the battery but in terms of easy usage and efficiency definitely a computer is better than phone

I was a PC player but the PC is a laptop and I don't have the energy to set my crap up sometimes so I'm a mobile player and goddamn is it hard sometimes. The worst for me is when it stops registering movement so my character just stands there I'm the middle of a boss fight...

Well I don’t really mind if my phone over heats when playing genshin impact but it does drain my battery so mostly I charge it when playing. It’s pretty easy to play on mobile in my opinion, probably because I started genshin on mobile. 😅

I play Genshin in my iPad bc my phones go small and my school laptop wouldn’t be able to even download it. The only issues I have are that cut scenes glitch sometimes (that’s probably bc of my wifi) and the battery is drains crazy fast
