EARU WiFi Smart Energy Protector Device lost settings after power off

It should be a Protector Device? If I set maximum current for a motor to 8Amperes the device decided to set to 50A after power off and on again... 😞

Today I received the same product and I adjusted it and shout down the power. But adjusted settings are not erased.

The settings remain saved only if you are connected to wifi through the application.

I have another one from Ketotek it doesen't has problem with memory but I can't connect it to wifi. No paring mode.

Got the device today connected to wifi but it won't pass the current when device is on. Can't hear the relay switching when on.

Ich habe ähnliche Probleme. Das Ding sagt immer es gibt Fehlstrom, obwohl nur eine Lampe dran angeschlossen ist. Wo soll der Strom weg sein. Das Gerät schaltet automatisch wieder aus und an. Ich vermute eine Fehlentwicklung der Firma, oder die Software enthält viele fehler.

@@eldd2007 Das Teil gibt es auch als AT2PW ist also nur 2TE breit und kann praktisch das gleiche - habe auch die Messdosen von denen S1WEU - unglaublich was die alles können.... top!

Atorch AT2PW with OLED-Display and the measurements are very precise. ;-)
