Great video, thanks for posting. I'm wondering, after setting up the timer, does the plug need to stay connected to wifi for the timer to work? Wondering if I can shut my wifi off while I'm out of town and continue to have my lights go on and off automatically. Thanks!
That's a great question. Although I didn't test that scenario, I would say yes, it will have to stay connected to wifi. However you should definitely test it out. Maybe the plug will remember the setting even without wifi. I'll have to test this on my unit when I use them again later this year.
I can’t get the button to flash when connecting to new home WiFi it’s stuck in off mode and shows both lights but no matter how long you press and hold we can’t get it to flash to connect any trouble shooting ideas? I can’t find anything on what to do now
