Coach always says when we have no one to pass it too always pass to the closes player who is under pressure.. he should be able to first touch pass back and the players applying pressure are now out of position leaving space for build up
Love the video. I can also add that Your teammates should communicate with you EVERYTIME and tell you that there is someone right behind you. I know I can be aware that someone is right behind me but you never know if they end up pressuring someone else while I receive the ball, I will look stupid to pass it back the defender when no one is pressuring me. It’s easier for my teammate to tell me to turn around and move the game forward. Always communicate, it a team effort.❤️🙏

You just have to know that the player is fast, smart, and skilled enough to retain the ball and pass to the open player.

Another situation where you can pass to a player that is pressed is anywhere near a striking zone, the player is 1v1 with the defender on his back. Use your body to pivot him, protect the ball putting your body between the ball and the defender. There's a video of Lukaku explaining this against Carragher. In that situation of 1v2, you attracted the 2 defenders to the ball, now you have to teach the guy on the ball how to pass quickly to the free player, and teach the free player to dirble pass the line of pressure of those 2 defenders on the 1st touch.
1:40 ..damn I did that mistake yesterday on the match..there was enough space for me to pass maybe 2 defenders and shoot but nah I decided to pass the ball to my teamate who had 2 players by his side
there are also some missing mistakes which are usually found in the game as well: #7: not passing the ball to a teammate who has the least pressure put onto him. #8: players keep on dribbling the ball with teammates running with the player whilst confronting the keeper even if there are so many rooms to create a Tiki-Taka Goal. #9: receiving the ball where it is within the last line of defenders - resulting in offsides - complete loss of ball possession by legal means.
For number 2 it’s perfectly fine to pass to a teammate with a man on his back. He can either hold it up or one touch back to him to get the ball flowing and give other teammates time to make runs or get open

1:01 u should take the shot guys, practice more for ur shot in any angles and any position is always good to make ur ankle bone stronger and for better power. its fine to make mistakes because we all learn and soccer is a game where we all make mistakes
An important easily forgotten one is to relax and not taking a match too seriously, because then you get nervous, make mistakes and the more they happen, the more there will be. Football is so much about mindset... so when you manage to calm down, not overthinking situations and just enjoy the game, then you get into the flow.
2:53 no,usually your teammate warning you. So if you lose the ball like this thats not your fault because your teammate has to warn you. But obviously if you not sure than just pass the ball back.
Here are my tips, if you achieve this perfectly you can become world class player. I can’t do it myself cause i tore my ACL 1- improve balance (master it, perfection) you need to make this as easy as drinking water 2- pass, make it so perfect that you don’t need to look, muscle memory 10000 passes to master 3- touch, it must be so good that the ball lands 5cm from your foot in every single angle (from air, back, bouncy from ground, flat, hard passes) 4- Dont try to do nice wow acrobatic goals or skills, the thing is goal is a lot more important than a nutmeg. Don’t go for acrobatic skill bullshit, go for goals. 5- literally your acceleration, if you have a really good acceleration then people will pass in front of you more often which leads to more opportunities. 6- Do not go for skills and nutmegs, focus on simple goals
