The Ukraine Crisis - Cultivating Global Social Witnessing in the Face of War, with Thomas Hübl

We are inherently connected to the Ukraine war that is happening right now, people in Europe are particularly affected. Within the collective unconscious is a large-scale trauma field that connects all of us. In response, on March 28, 2022, the Pocket Project together with Thomas Hübl, gathered 1.600 people around the world to explore how we can activate our collective immune system, deepen our contemplative practice to ground and presence the arising voices.
This recording ends with the guided meditation by Thomas. The following part, in which affected people have shared their personal feelings and thoughts, is not part of it.
