Where do you find the tune for dynojet pv3? I just installed the healtech quickshifter, Trask air intake and also dynojet pv3. Unfortunately I can not find any tunes for the bike. Can't flash the bike with dynojet pv3, said no tunes available. Can you let me know, thank you
I bought my PV3 on Fuel Moto USA (www.fuelmotousa.com) I sent them my bike config and they sent me the flash tuned for my bike. For the security of the engine is important you use only a specific tune for your bike configuration. But if you want a perfect tune you must do a dyno test session, it may cost 300 or more $ but the result is the best.
@@wildindiano what a coincidence, I bought mine at fuelmotousa as well, Just sent the .txt and the .stk files to them last night. Can't wait to get the tune back from them, i'm so excited.
Long time no see brother, I just did a speed test yesterday and hit 132mph = 212kmh. What is your best set on the healtech short shifter? Do you ease off the throttle to do quick shift or shift while acceleration? Thanks
@@vietnamesefortrump1074 Hi man, 132 mph is good my compliments, I like to known your configuration works well! About the quick shifter I continue to use the standard settings, as showed in the video without problems, I change in acceleration with full throttle and works good, if you have some issue try to increase the cut time, increasing the cut time don't cause problems, but take care if reducing the cut time becouse can do false changes stressing the shifter. Do tests until you find the right configuration for your bike.
I finished to install it last night. I passed the sensor wire to the right side of the battery (removed the small plate with 2 nuts) and fix it against the ECU wire harness to the shifter. Impossible to pass it behind or to the left side (too tight and too close from the engine). The shifting setup you recommended is very helpful and great, I did a test drive this afternoon, it’s perfect👌🏽 thank you very much🙏🏽
I'm happy to be helpful, your choice of sensor placement is interesting, make a video if you can 😉. Enjoy the quick shifter on your loved Indian Scout 💪. Greetings from Italy ✌️
Nice video. 👍 Love my Scout. I just got mine back after two months in the shop. I'll be putting out a video soon telling about the issue. The entire top end had to be rebuilt. Indian took good care of me!
I not remember exactly, I tried first increasing the cut time up 100 ms , maybe you need also to change the sensor sensitivity (the strenght to apply on the peg).
So what is the actual kill Time set to!? I have the annitori quick shifter and i noticed at wot high rpm shifting i feel as if there is a little clutch slip right after the shift. I’m at 65 ms
I think 65 ms is too short, try to increase it and re test untill you found the good config (increasing time don't cause any damage). About the clutch slip ... consider to change the clutch with a Barnett clutch becouse the stock clutch is too soft.
@@wildindianoyes it’s on the stock configuration from annitori. I was looking at a recluse clutch ass they add more clutch discs vs spring/pressure in the Barnett . Also do you think slowing down the kill time will help with wot clutch slip because it doesn’t do it when i shift the bike normally etc . I have vids if you’re on instagram i can show you ?
@@Christophershredz I don't know your quick shifter, to set my one I did some tests on the road to find finally the right config, I suggest you to do the same, good luck. Ok insta @piersalfi.
@@wildindiano thanks! you know how it is with bikes….you never stop adding stuff…..the 10” mini apes are awesome! Back saver for sure….day and night difference when riding….wayyyy more comfortable….and not to taxing on your back….if your above 5’10” the mini apes are a must….
Thanks for the video, just received the QSE from the mail today. Going to do the installation pretty soon on mine 2021 scout bobber. I got stock air intake, no PV3 and i have chopped factory exhaust and welded back together. My question is, would your setup on the bluetooth config work on mine? Thanks
This setup use the adaptive auto mode for the cut off times, that is the default mode recommended for most users becouse the QuickShifter unit compensates automatically based on the engine load. So the answer on your question is positive, it can work also on your Indian Scout configuration. Thanks for that question.
@@wildindiano its was a pain to take out the airbox, took me at least 15-20 minutes just to get it out. I'll update once is done. Thank you so much for a great video

good choise if you do it you'll be happy
Just installed this today. Thanks for the video and Bluetooth settings mate. Made it hell of a lot easier.
I'm glad it was helpful 🙂
the first days I installed it, I experienced some problems in first gear at low revs, I resolved increasing the cut time
@@wildindiano I’ll try that. Do you remember what you changed it up too?

Nice. I have a Scout Rogue. These are great bikes. Where did you get the circle emblem on your belt cover?
Thanks 🙏 It is a relief decal bought on eBay ✌️
Is it a sticker or vinyl decal, and is it like 3 inches diameter? I have been looking for something like that in black but I could only find red.
it is a vinyl decal, this is the link to a eBay seller: www.ebay.it/itm/374081208830
Thank you very much for this amazing video, si very helpful.
I just finish to install it, I will try it tomorrow.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I hope all is working well. Thank you for watching 🙏
Did it work as intended, and have you run into any problems 1 year later?
It still works great
