- Let’s modernize this dresser. It has great bones but it needs a little something!
I squared off the base and removed the half moon flower appliques. This was easily done with a jig saw, a hammer and a chisel. The rest was paint and new hardware. And there you go a modern dresser perfect for any space.

Are you using a paintbrush as well as rollers? Suggestions when painting the different levels of the drawer front when rolling?
Most of the time I angle the roller to get it in where I want the paint. Using a brush will be a much better option! Brush on and quickly roll over it to smooth out any texture
