É importante lembrar que essas técnicas são eficientes no karate esportivo...
Bater um Kizame com o ombro desencaixado daquela forma, e o o quadril daquele jeito no karate budo, ou seja, arte marcial, pode trazer sérios ferimentos... O encaixe do ombro é fundamental para suportar a força de reação... e o quadril pra frente, é fácil de desestabilizar....
Então cuidado com essas técnicas no Jiu Kumite...
