Why you guys have your own chinese name for countries also? generally lots of country don't have this .... i am from Nepal but we call every country by their own name like china = china japan= japan america= america straight away ... in chinese we need to memorize every country name as well so i find this lil difficult ..

The word "ren" seems to pronounce "zen", is it not?
what makes it more ren than zen is that the tongue is more 'cupped' inward like a bowl and the tip is placed a bit farther back than the z sound. Also bottom lip should be as if you are pouting/sad. However there are many accents in China so it is not too much of an issue, as long as u are consistent. Hope this helps.

Yes, almost. A "b" in Chinese is pronounced by applying more pressure/air so that it almost seems like a "p" in English.
