My favorite Hades weapon is the Rail with the hidden aspect. Second fave is absolutely Bow with Aspect of Chiron. I once obliterated the final boss with an absolutely bonkers crit build using the bow.

if you're asking whether you can play through the game in the normal order but with stuff still randomized, you could just go to each world in the order you normally would
