As someone who graduated highschool and college with strong desire to go into filmmaking, it's hard. And I've had to work a lot of jobs that have nothing to do with my degree.
But I think that you're doing a good job and I wish you luck in your future endeavors!
i feel that in the not safe work environment, I'm not in the animation industry, but my workplace sent me for a temporary deployment in a remote office, in a not so safe city, in a not safe part of said city 😖 and its spooky especially when its just you alone in there

I have 2 extremes: door mat, or big bad wolf that my friends rely on to handle confrontation. I'm usually good at beig respectful but even then I've been told that I'm more frank/blunt than I realize. Well, here's hoping my career will not be fraught because of it when I finally graduate.

I wish you would name these studios so it can help possible new hires be aware and maybe the studios might take notice and make changes.
Naming studios is taboo in animation unfortunately because the industry is so small. If word gets out that someone said their studio has serious room for improvement people go on black lists.
@@fanfilmnetwork5643 doesn’t mean it isn’t the right thing to do.
We need to know the names of the studios.
Don't want to be on the blacklist mate because that's what happens if she tells us the studio names
