Probably why he said “sorry I didn’t look at the label” which was probably a lie. If you weren’t expecting a full sized cardboard bubble mailer package, why would you even open it? Let alone not look at the label. I think any sensible person would have been like “oh weird, I got a package… Would could this be?” Then look at the label to see where it came from and who it is for.
Idk anyone who wouldn’t look at a label before opening a piece of mail or package. Regardless, I’m just thankful he brought it back.
I blame more of it on USPS for handing my my package to someone else without confirming ID of the individual picking it up matches what’s on the package or the names associated to the PO BOX.
