    I was told the army blew the hole in the wall, I always imagine people may have swam in there on a hot day, great clips of the hills in the distance and well put together

      I suppose we no longer have a use for them, we more advanced radar and satellites for observation and there are solar powered atmospheric readers all over the country mainly used for traffic pollution but I'm sure they monitor everything.
