allow me to answer your question to get the negative speedforce you need to use a vial,pick it up it should be called a empty vial, equip it, go to the speedforce run for a while then black flash makes you come to him, then click him while equipping the empty vial, you will get negative speedforce vial, use it quick before he kills you. also when he first takes you to him, after you get out, you get echoing silence achievement. when you use the vial you get the suit-slip achievement because it erasers your suit.
it would be cool if you add different abilities/powers like breach power (from vive/cisco ramon) or the ice abilities (oop i forgot her name) that would be awesome, and to obtain them you have to make the particle accelerator thingy that was in episode 1 in season 1, and thats a way getting speed too. when you first join game you a human, another way getting speed is v9 but it can kill you if you use it too much

You will be repawned and you will have it.

you could create a savitar type suit and whoever has the negative traction force will have damaged eyes
