The reason Boba Fett's starship is called "Slave-1" is because his father Jango owned it before him. Jango named the ship that because he himself was a slave at some point. When he saw the starship locked up in a prison, he felt a kinship with it and took it for himself. He then named the ship "Slave-1" as a reference to the history of both him and the ship.

Either way, them censoring the ship’s name just doesn’t make any sense. It’s not like the ship itself was a slave. Star Wars already has slavery in its story and uses the word “slave” quite a bit. LEGO Group's policy regarding real life military troops and vehicles (any why they did not make green and gray bricks for so long) was due to Denmark being occupied by Germany in WWII. The occupation effected Danskere at the time. They provided refuge to persecuted people, like Anne Frank and her family, but once occupied, they were not safe. After the war, they had to deal with the scars and trauma of war, and most people did not want anything promoting war or fascism. Europe in general, tend to be anti-war with regards to toys and children's entertainment due to that horrible past.

The best explanation I can think of as to why Moe isn't in The Simpsons LEGO is due to character having a penchant for criminality. Harley Quinn is different because while she is a villain in the Batman sets, she does become more heroic later on, so maybe that's where LEGO sees the distinction.

Actually in #5 Boba Fett's Starship 3:15, too be fair that the Movies and Live Action TV series have never called Boba Fett's Starship as Slave I. I don't think the audience that doesn't follow the toys or outside materials outside of the Movies and Live Action TV series knows Boba Fett's Starship as Slave I. I think The Clone Wars series did have used the Slave I name. (Also I think the Robot Chicken Star Wars did made a joke about Lando did say to Boba Fett about the starship is beautiful, but no the name.)
Also, I did see the Bad Batch's Havoc Marauder Lego Set were called The Bad Batch Attack Shuttle and as well as the Fang Fighter Lego Set were called Mandalorian Starfighter. It's not really a censorship per say. It might be easier for some new Lego Collectors to know who owns the Starship than calling it which one.
Also, in #3 on 8:33, I never noticed that was just brought up in Return of the Jedi since I never seen anyone talked about the Twi'lek Dancer had exposed stuff seeing through the Dress in the film since I know the film is set to PG.

Honestly I think Lego should be okay with doing away with the "no military" style of thing.. within reason.
I mean, if you think about it, they've already done this with some themes such as:
    Star Wars (self explanatory)
Exo-Force (they literally use japanese style mecha with guns to fight each other.. and let me tell you those weapon/gun designs were NOT subtle)
Alien Conquest (family friendly starcraft essentially!)
Mars Mission (a bit less "gun"-y than Alien Conquest but a classic nonetheless where the original plat was a war for resources, remember the flash game?)
    Indiana Jones (occasionally)
Castle (while not "modern" the plot was a human army vs. an undead army and fighting, that was it, there were no "main characters" so it was army vs. army)
Chima (more subtle with their weapon and gun designs and with main characters but still not afraid to show some fighting)
I think Lego should be alright with dropping that rule as long as they're tasteful about it. For example, I could see them making themes that are a bit less realistic but still involving combat. Something like Battletech (big stompy robots :D) Starcraft (we could've had this if blizzard hadn't gone down the dumpster) Command and Conquer's later installments with the Sci-Fi elements (it's always been goofy and non serious)
I think it's less so about showing kids weaponry or battle, but it's more so about the political ramifications it could cause. If they simply kept the military themes "non realistic" I think they'd have much lesser problems. If you think about it they pretty much already do that. Now they just need to make it official.

Lego doing these "oh this is inappropriate now" is what made me lose interest in the sets for years now, not only were they getting more expensive but also bland and minimalist.
I have one 2 of the Agents sets, the massive truck with the inside jail, mini jet, boat, etc and the Jet that shoots these missiles vs the Gold-stealing car, not only that I have other fighter jets that have weapons IRL but not in the sets. I am very happy that I own these since they are long discontinued and I guess, frowned upon by Lego' "standards".

For the Harley Quinn issue, they could use a new name for Harley and her squad.
I have an idea for the name “Harley Quinn and friends”.
Sure, it sounds very silly and would never be said aloud in the real Batman franchise, but it’s much more suitable for LEGO’s target demographic. Plus, older fans can meme off of it!
