@@adriancarton5182 This could be Ippo or a number of other people, a number of composers worked on the first game's soundtrack. Not sure who was on the second game, Wikipedia doesn't have them listed yet, sadly. Also, I don't believe Ippo was a composer at Capcom when Mega Man X2 came out. Everything has him listed as "sound designer." ...With that said, I do think this is probably Ippo. This sounds like his particular intensity and rhythm.
Here’s a tip for the first boss: When he first opens his mouth don’t immediately attack. You won’t have enough time to get up to the higher platforms when he does his fire breath. Wait until his head is near the higher platform, wait for it to open, deal two hits, and drop to the lower platform before the fire breath.
This theme is good but what i like the most about this boss fight, is when it ends little melody plays and then zangetsu sheathes back his sword that sound is so cool.
I prefer the boss battle theme from the first game, this one gets repetitive quickly. But it's still pretty good. If it's possible, I would like to see 'The Moon's Lament' stage (called 'Luna Secare' with solo Zangetsu) and the final boss battle theme (Sariel) from the final episode being uploaded next. Thanks.
Ippo Yamada, a great master of more video game music, Capcom is a fool for letting a great master go, now Inti Creates values him in a big way.
Good one bro
Curse of the Moon 1's Boss BGM = sounds suspicious with a bit oriental tone
Curse of the Moon 2's Boss BGM = sounds intense and adrenaline rush
Perfect ADD background work track...
This is closest to how I could compare the two. I love them both though!
It feels like second one is encore of first.
1st title song : Unspeakable Horror
2nd title song : Moonlit Dance with Death
Well your explanation fits
Kinda has a Mega Man X2 feel to it to my ears. I dig it.
Ippo Yamada, same composer as Megaman series
Because this company ( Inti Creates ) is an ex-Capcom company

@@adriancarton5182 Coincidentally, X2 was the first game Yamada worked on too I believe
Exactly!
The Actual Song Title is:
Moonlit Dance with Death
I loved this boss theme.🖒🖒
You're doing god's work man, thanks so much. I can't wait for the shmup songs.
Awesome tune. Can't get it out of my head. Definitely going on my 8bit playlist 👍👍👍

Never felt such 8-bit adrenaline since the Metal Gear alert theme on the NES. 😃
This boss bmg sound to good goes hard all the way shout out to the maker of this beat on repeat for me 🏧 ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Awww just lack the Boss'HP refilling sound (I love so much this SFX BTW)
Thank you anyway !

good work dude.
Can't wait for a guitar version to come up
Thank you very much!
Ngl the sickest looking boss was actually the first stage one !
most of them looked sick in my opinion. Especially stage six, both stage 8 bosses, and the final boss. but first is great

Ehh... Yea idk i think the 5th one is the best.
Hate me
In my opinion the stage 3 boss is the best looking one
Sometimes a good soundtrack makes a game.
I can't wait until I get my copy of the OST next month. I want to see what composer wrote what.
This music its best in curse 1
would there be any way for you to get the final boss of episode 2's theme or the solo zangetsu shmup section recorded when you got a chance?
Finalmente uma música boa de boss, pq a do 1 é mediana demais
I feel like this is the new "Into the Dark Night". Kinda has the same feel to it.
👉Boss time!👈
This music fit Egypt boss much...
YES
THIS SHIT BOPPIN
for some odd reason this theme reminds me of Majuu Ou's Boss theme
I prefer this one tbh
Curse of the moon 1 dangerous monsters! Becareful out there
Curse of the Moon 2 we know the drill, KICK ITS ASS!

For me this theme screams : kill them, kill them fast before they kill you!
yeah, it does
More like "Hit fast! Hit hard! Don't stop! Find an opening, no matter what!"
The adrenaline is real, for sure! ;)
いいわー
前作のボス戦も好きですけど、こちらの疾走感あるのも好きです😊
I still think that theme is doable with an electric guitar.
Ush Butt
Judas Priest vibes.
